Mindrift is seeking an experienced Presentation Designer to support the Tendem project, where specialized storytelling is created through a hybrid workflow that combines AI assistance with human expertise. The work centers on shaping complex information into polished, persuasive slide decks and one-pagers.

This is a remote, part-time freelance opportunity suited to creative professionals who have practical experience in visual communication, information design, and narrative-driven presentations. You’ll collaborate with Tendem Agents that take care of repetitive work, while you contribute the judgment, design sensibility, and formatting precision needed for high-impact deliverables.

What the work involves

As a Presentation Designer on this project, your main focus will be storytelling structure and visual hierarchy. The role calls for someone who can present complex material in a clear, elegant, and visually convincing way using tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.

Responsibilities

• Create polished pitch decks and executive one-pagers designed for particular audiences and business goals.
• Turn dense data and layered ideas into simple, visually guided narratives with strong hierarchy and minimal clutter.
• Refine slides with custom typography, tasteful motion, and consistent visual treatment across the entire deck.
• Maintain a premium look and feel that blends corporate professionalism with creative presentation style.
• Review each deliverable carefully to ensure precise alignment, smooth pacing, and strict brand consistency before handoff.

Requirements

• Ideally, you bring at least 2 years of experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related creative discipline is an advantage.
• Strong working knowledge of presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Keynote for building sophisticated and animated slides.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop, or in Figma for building custom visuals and layouts.
• Ability to convert complex information and multi-level structures into clear, minimal, and visually effective storytelling.
• Comfort working with custom fonts, refined typography, and smooth animations for high-end output.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher is required.
• Practical experience producing premium corporate-creative presentation layouts is expected.
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard for visual accuracy are important.
• You should be able to work independently and solve design problems without constant supervision.
• Your CV must include a portfolio link showing high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization examples; applications without this will not be considered.

Working arrangement

This is a freelance, part-time remote role. During active project phases, the expected workload is about 10 to 20 hours per week. This estimate is not guaranteed and applies only when the project is running.

Compensation

Contributors may earn up to the equivalent of $50 per hour, depending on their experience level and the pace of contribution. Pay can differ across projects based on scope, complexity, and the expertise required.
