Overview
We are hiring a creative, detail-focused Graphic Designer in Spain to help turn complex B2B content into clear, polished, and engaging visuals. This opportunity is being handled on behalf of a partner company, which will manage all applications and the subsequent hiring steps.
You will work on a wide mix of deliverables such as reports, ebooks, whitepapers, research materials, social content, and print magazines. The role calls for someone who can bring structure to information, transform data and frameworks into compelling visual stories, and collaborate with writers, marketers, editors, and strategists in a fast-moving, remote-first setting.
This position suits someone who enjoys solving communication challenges through design, can manage several projects at once, and is comfortable owning work from concept through final delivery while meeting quality standards and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually strong reports, ebooks, whitepapers, and research documents that follow both client branding and internal design standards.
- Turn research findings, frameworks, and data into clear visual explanations, diagrams, and infographics.
- Build custom visuals and diagram systems starting from rough ideas and develop them into finished production assets.
- Contribute to or lead print magazine design alongside editorial teams, with attention to layout, readability, and storytelling.
- Produce consistent digital and social media creatives tailored for different client channels.
- Handle several active assignments at the same time while keeping delivery on schedule and design quality high.
- Work closely with writers, editors, marketers, and other cross-functional teammates to align visuals with the intended message.
Requirements
- Demonstrated background as a graphic designer, supported by a broad portfolio covering both print and digital work.
- Hands-on expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, along with Figma.
- Ability to communicate complex or technical ideas through strong visual storytelling.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to refine concepts into final, production-ready assets.
- Proven ability to prioritize work and meet multiple deadlines in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and feedback-handling skills.
- Independent working style with clear ownership from initial concept to final output.
- Positive, team-oriented approach when working with cross-functional partners.
