What the role involves

You will shape the school’s direction and make sure the right people, plans, and support are in place so pupils leave feeling proud of what they have accomplished. You will also work with a wider leadership network and specialist colleagues who will help you succeed in the role.

Rewards and benefits

The package includes a salary between £84,699 and £98,106, plus excellent benefits. You will also receive a 10% performance-related bonus and a long-term incentive plan that can be worth up to 30% of salary each year.
