JKS Restaurants is hiring an experienced Head Waiter/Waitress for an upcoming opening in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role within a new high-profile launch, featuring one of the group’s Michelin-starred Indian restaurant concepts. The position is suited to someone who is warm, confident, and genuinely enthusiastic about food, drinks, and delivering memorable hospitality.

JKS Restaurants was established in November 2008 by siblings Jyotin, Karam, and Sunaina Sethi. What the role involves
In this position, you will create a welcoming atmosphere, ensure guests receive consistently excellent service, and help deliver a polished dining experience from start to finish. You will also support, guide, and motivate the front-of-house team so that the same high standards are maintained across every guest interaction.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant will already have restaurant experience in Dubai, including prior work as a Head Waiter/Waitress or Senior Waiter/Waitress in a busy, quality-focused setting. The role calls for someone who is proactive, hands-on, highly attentive to detail, and eager to continue learning. A strong interest in food and hospitality, along with the ambition to grow within an innovative restaurant group, is important.
