Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay is $22 to $28 per hour, with additional customer tips.
• Raises are reviewed at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year, based on performance.
• Daytime-only work: no nights, weekends, or holidays are required.
• Typical working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Full-time scheduling is 35+ hours per week; part-time scheduling is 20+ hours per week.

What the Job Involves

• Carry out residential and office cleaning assignments by following company procedures and the work order details for each client.
• Deliver high-quality results and help maintain strong customer ratings.
• Keep communication professional by relaying notes or concerns to the customer service team when needed.
• Use cleaning products and equipment carefully, with guidance from the team supervisor.
• Represent the company by displaying vehicle signage and sharing promotional materials during working hours.
• From time to time, help coordinate a small crew by assigning tasks and checking the finished work.

Candidate Profile

• Applicants should be dependable, truthful, punctual, and motivated to do quality cleaning work.
• The ideal person is a self-driven team player who takes pride in good service.
• A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required.
• Candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background screening.
• Comfort with smartphones, including calls, texts, and apps, is needed.
• Strong English communication skills are important for speaking with customers and coworkers.
• Cleaning experience is helpful but not necessary because full paid training is offered.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, though it is not mandatory.

Work Schedule and Location

This is an onsite role serving clients across the Kitsap Peninsula, usually within about 30 minutes of the employee’s home. On-call work runs Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and optional evening or Saturday shifts may be available depending on availability. The position reports to a team supervisor and does not normally involve regular supervisory responsibility, though occasional small-team leadership may be part of the job.
