Role Overview

The property is looking for an experienced, dependable, and committed Housekeeping Supervisor to take charge of housekeeping operations. This role is based at Al Najada Doha Hotel by Tivoli in Doha, Qatar, and involves overseeing the full housekeeping function across the property.

Key Duties

You will be responsible for ensuring that the property consistently meets a high standard of cleanliness across guest rooms, shared spaces, and public areas. The position also calls for close coordination with housekeeping staff, hotel clients, and contractors to maintain smooth daily operations.

Additional Responsibilities

• Lead and support the housekeeping team in delivering quality cleaning services.
• Provide daily on-the-job training to cleaning staff.
• Keep financial, maintenance, and inventory documentation accurate and up to date.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing a housekeeping team, along with practical knowledge of handling budgets, operating supplies, replacements, and consumables. Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and organizational abilities are important, as is a careful eye for detail and the discipline to follow cleanliness procedures consistently.
