EnProVera is hiring a meticulous Human Resources Generalist to handle daily HR activities, support employee and manager questions, and help maintain compliance in a busy government contracting setting. Key responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, professional, service-focused support to managers and associates across multiple sites in several Western states.
  • Keep employee files and HRIS data current by handling changes, terminations, status updates, and other HR transactions, including drafting, checking, and routing HR paperwork.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation activities, which may include checking I-9 documentation.
  • Work with the Corporate Timekeeping Specialist to help resolve timekeeping mismatches.
  • Support onsite supervisors and managers with performance reviews, disciplinary matters, and investigations when directed by the Senior HR Generalist.
  • Help ensure adherence to applicable laws and internal policies, including DOL, SCA, and FLSA requirements.
  • Safeguard confidential employee and business information at all times.
  • When assigned by the Senior HR Generalist, conduct new hire and associate engagement surveys and carry out exit interviews.
  • Escalate HR concerns from onsite staff, leadership, subcontractors, and the customer to the Senior HR Generalist.
  • Maintain accurate data and efficient workflows through consistent processing of HR transactions.

Required skills and experience

Additional information

This is a full-time, FLSA-exempt position. Applicants must be U.S. citizens.

Pay range: $50,000 to $60,000 per year.
