Overview
BSI is seeking an ICT Auditor to carry out management system assessments and support clients with clear, practical audit outcomes. The role involves delivering professional audit findings, maintaining assessment quality, and helping strengthen client relationships while representing BSI in a trusted and ethical manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform management system audits in line with BSI’s established requirements and procedures.
- Write assessment reports and explain outcomes to clients, including any corrective actions that may be needed.
- Advise on certificate issuance, re-issuance, or withdrawal, and submit recommendations within the required policy and timeline.
- When needed, guide audit teams by briefing members properly so service quality and teamwork remain strong.
- Build productive client partnerships that support commercial growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Share accurate and timely updates with support teams to keep client records complete and current.
- Organize and prioritize workload to use time efficiently and increase revenue-generating activity.
- Support and coach colleagues, especially newer auditors or those learning unfamiliar client industries or technologies.
- Keep audit capability and knowledge of technical and management system standards continuously up to date.
- Offer technical support to clients alongside business development, sales, and customer service teams.
- Represent BSI professionally by following company standards, acting ethically, and promoting BSI services to help clients improve performance.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Lead Auditor or Auditor in international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, or other standards where proper training has been completed.
- At least 2 years of commercial understanding within the compliance industry and quality system management.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how quality management standards are applied.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong attention to detail.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and able to manage time and plans effectively.
- Comfortable working under pressure.
- Willing to travel frequently for business assignments.
- Team-oriented, enthusiastic, and committed to shared goals.
- Public speaking ability and business development experience will be an added advantage.
