Inventory Specialist

Role Overview

We are hiring a meticulous Inventory Specialist to help keep stock records accurate and inventory levels under control. This role involves monitoring merchandise, preparing product price lists through barcode scanning, and spotting stock differences or losses so corrective steps can be taken in future operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess stock rotation processes to keep inventory moving appropriately.
• Keep warehouse and store storage areas organized and properly maintained.
• Train store team members on stocking practices and product dating procedures.
• Plan and optimize the use of warehouse space in the store.
• Raise restocking requests and place inventory replenishment orders when needed.
• Share inventory-related concerns and updates with store leadership.
• Coordinate with management when items are missing from or damaged in shipments.

Job Summary

The selected candidate will track inventory across products, equipment, and supplies to ensure the business maintains the right stock levels at all times. The role also includes counting merchandise, balancing stock records, and using barcode scanning tools to prepare product listings accurately.

Additional Information

This opportunity is based in Silvassa, Daman and Diu, India and is a full-time, onsite position.
