Role overview
As a Janitorial Associate, you’ll help create a strong first and last impression for shoppers by keeping the store environment clean, organized, and safe. The role covers upkeep across customer-facing and back-of-house areas, including the parking lot, restrooms, and receiving area.
Pay and compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $15 to $28. The final hourly rate will be at least the legal minimum wage for the job location and may be higher depending on local requirements. In addition to base pay, the role may qualify for annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premium pay may also be available in certain situations, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific duties performed. More than one premium can apply when conditions are met.
Work schedule
This position may be offered as full-time or part-time. Available shift options include mid-shift and closing.
