Role Summary

  • Work with the Planning team to review seasonal and quarterly OTB budgets and develop balanced assortments that support business goals.
  • Study past sales, customer behavior, and market movements to guide buying decisions.
  • Track category results and suggest actions to improve sales, stock efficiency, and profitability.
  • Prepare seasonal trend presentations using global trend directions, competitor analysis, customer feedback, and market research.
  • Visit competitors, online channels, and physical stores regularly to identify new trends, pricing patterns, product gaps, and customer preferences.
  • Convert trend insights into product ideas and assortment plans that can perform commercially.
  • Collaborate with Design teams to create seasonal collections that reflect Styli’s brand direction and customer expectations.
  • Develop range plans covering product mix, colours, fabrics, trims, styling direction, and pricing structure.
  • Ensure all items meet the required standards for quality, safety, and comfort in babywear.
  • Draft clear and accurate product briefs and tech packs for sourcing and development teams.
  • Coordinate closely with Planning, Design, Sourcing, and Production teams to execute seasonal ranges smoothly.
  • Manage development timelines and keep all work aligned with key critical-path milestones.
  • Review and approve fits, prints, fabrics, trims, and development samples in a timely manner.
  • Follow each product from concept to final production while maintaining design intent, quality standards, and target cost.
