Role Overview
Publicis Groupe is seeking a Junior Project Manager to help deliver creative, integrated campaigns for one of the world’s most recognisable global brands. This is a strong opportunity to develop core project management skills while contributing to high-profile work across several markets. You will work alongside strategy, creative, and production teams to help transform ideas into effective campaign output.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with the full lifecycle of integrated campaign delivery, starting from the initial brief and continuing through to final launch.
- Track and coordinate schedules, spending, and available resources so work remains aligned and on schedule.
- Partner with teams across different functions to support seamless delivery at every stage.
- Maintain project workflows and keep plans current, accurate, and easy for others to follow.
- Help arrange key checkpoints, meetings, and sign-offs to keep work progressing.
- Spot potential issues early and support practical solutions that keep projects moving.
- Develop positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and contribute to a constructive team culture.
Experience And Skills Required
The ideal candidate has around 1–2 years of experience in project management or coordination, preferably in an agency or marketing setting. Exposure to a large or global brand account is important, along with an understanding of delivery across multiple markets. You should be highly organised, able to juggle competing priorities, and communicate clearly and confidently in both written and spoken form. A collaborative approach, strong attention to detail, and a structured, dependable way of working are essential. The role also calls for initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to learn, ask questions, and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
