Role Overview

This position is for a Lead Assist focused on cold calling and lead generation within the real estate space. The role involves contacting realtors in South Florida, presenting listing coordination and transaction coordination support, and uncovering prospects who need help growing their business. The aim is to open conversations, develop trust, and secure qualified meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Place outbound calls to real estate agents in the US market, especially South Florida.
Present real estate support offerings with clarity and confidence.
Screen and qualify prospects while identifying the right decision-makers.
Arrange appointments for the sales team.
Keep CRM records current and complete follow-up activity.
Work consistently toward daily and weekly performance goals.

Required Profile

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience making outbound phone calls to clients in the USA or UK. Prior exposure to cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation is expected. Strong English communication skills are essential, along with the ability to speak confidently with US clients. The ideal person should be persuasive, resilient, comfortable handling objections, and able to work independently with a target-driven approach.

Compensation and Work Details

The role offers a salary of ₹20,000 per month based on targets, along with additional performance-linked incentives. This is a remote part-time position. Working days are Monday to Friday, and the shift runs from 7:30 PM to 12:00 AM IST.
