The role is based in Hamburg and is designed for someone who wants to contribute with ownership, structure, and a strong consulting mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Work independently on client engagements and take ownership of defined workstreams.
• Co-create solutions and concepts with experienced colleagues, combining strategic thinking, analytical depth, and hands-on execution.
• Present findings directly to clients, engage the right stakeholders, and build increasing visibility in project settings.
• Contribute actively to internal initiatives such as methodology, tools, and knowledge development, helping shape the company.
• Take responsibility for one internal focus area such as marketing, knowledge management, tools and operations, people and development, or delivery excellence.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate brings consulting experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the confidence to take on responsibility in a dynamic environment.

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in management consulting or similarly demanding projects and roles.
• Successful ownership of initial client workstreams.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, structured handling of complexity, and a clear willingness to take responsibility.
• Master’s degree or an equivalent qualification, for example in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, economics, or a similar field.
• Native-level German, very good English, and additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Courage, clarity, commitment, and a willingness to take unconventional paths when useful.
