This is a fully remote, high-impact position with responsibility for team leadership, staffing, service quality, and client lifecycle performance. The role combines people management, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making to improve efficiency, lower churn, and create a consistently strong client experience. It also involves using performance insights to influence hiring and development, while working with senior leaders to shape the future of Client Success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach junior team members, including formal performance reviews and individual growth planning.
  • Set staffing plans, assign workloads, and design coverage models to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Drive process and operational improvements that strengthen efficiency, service quality, and scale.
  • Review performance data and trends, then turn findings into practical action plans.
  • Work closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to fix recurring issues and improve the client journey.
  • Support hiring, promotions, and corrective action decisions together with leadership and the People Team.
  • Share regular operational reports and updates with senior leaders.
  • Represent the Client Success function in client conversations, internal discussions, and cross-functional planning.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in client experience, customer success, or operational leadership.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing people, with a track record of improving team results.
  • Demonstrated ability to run operational initiatives that produce measurable results.
  • Strong analytical ability and experience turning data into strategy and action.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes across functions.
  • Proven success in coaching, reviewing, and developing team members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting updates to senior leadership.
  • Strong judgment, emotional intelligence, and follow-through in a fast-moving remote setting.
  • Ability to plan staffing, workload distribution, and team coverage effectively.
  • Genuine interest in client experience, operational excellence, and team building.
  • Startup or technology-company experience is preferred.
  • SaaS or multifamily industry experience is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range for this role is USD 103,000 to 113,000 per year, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. An annual bonus opportunity is also included.

Full-time employees may be eligible for the following benefits and perks:

  • Direct opportunity to make a meaningful impact during company growth.
  • In-person team events and chances to connect with coworkers.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Retirement plan with company match.
  • Life insurance and disability coverage.
  • FSA and HSA account options.
  • Annual training and education allowance.
