BlueStar Resort & Golf is hiring a full-time Wellness Manager for its Trilogy Sunstone community in northwest Las Vegas, Nevada, near Red Rock Canyon and with convenient access to the Las Vegas Strip. The position sits within the Trilogy Sunstone department and reports to the Wellness Director.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver a consistent resort-style experience for members and guests by following BlueStar standards and facility policies.
  • Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing, inspections, cash handling, and general upkeep of the facility.
  • Offer hospitality support to members, guests, and team members when needed.
  • Carry out monthly promotional campaigns and sales activities in line with the marketing plan, and review weekly retail and services reports.
  • Support the ongoing development of member programs and services.
  • Keep expenses within budget and help meet financial targets.
  • Assist with preparing monthly client reports.
  • Handle recruiting, hiring, and training for employees.
  • Coach, motivate, and guide the team to meet goals and exceed service expectations.

  • Supervise pool operations, including staffing, supplies, and sanitation.
  • Research outside fitness and recreation offerings that could add value for the community and the club.

  • Comfort using computers, especially Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with club management systems or other retail/database software is an advantage.
  • Background knowledge of spa services and treatments is preferred.
  • Understanding of retail operations and inventory systems is required.
  • Ability to perform calculations involving discounts, interest, commissions, portions, and percentages.
  • Ability to draft routine reports and business correspondence.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedures, financial reports, and professional journals.
