Role Overview

The institution is seeking a Mathematics Lecturer to teach JEE Main and JEE Advanced level mathematics and support students through structured academic delivery, mentoring, and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver mathematics instruction aligned with the prescribed JEE Main and JEE Advanced syllabus.
• Teach through clear concepts and practical application rather than rote methods.
• Create lesson plans, reference notes, assignments, and practice assessments.
• Administer periodic tests, review results, and share constructive feedback with students.
• Support learners by clearing doubts and providing academic guidance.
• Track student progress consistently and introduce measures to improve outcomes.
• Coach students on exam strategy, efficient time usage, and problem-solving techniques.
• Study JEE exam patterns and refine teaching approaches accordingly.
• Maintain academic documentation and prepare progress updates.
• Work closely with the academic team to meet institutional objectives and strengthen student performance.

Eligibility

Candidates should hold a B.Sc. in Mathematics.
