Overview
O'Donoghue Ring Collection operates a portfolio of hotels, apartments, spa facilities, restaurants, and bars across Killarney and Castleisland in County Kerry. The company is hiring an experienced Night Porter for the Killarney Avenue Hotel. This role reports to the Hotel Manager and is scheduled on night shifts, typically either 10:00 pm to 7:00 am or 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.
Key Duties
- Maintain a secure and safe setting for guests, employees, and visitors at all times.
- Perform routine security inspections across the hotel premises.
- Organize and oversee guest wake-up calls.
- Provide porterage support when needed.
- Handle front desk activity and respond to guest questions.
- Support the restaurant, bar, or lounge team when operational needs require it.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant will have prior experience in a comparable hotel-based role. Strong spoken and written English is required, and candidates must have the legal right to work in Ireland.
