Role overview

Alihsan Charity Association is seeking an Odoo Developer to strengthen its technical team. The person in this role will support the systems that run the organization’s charitable activities, including building new functionality and keeping existing tools reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Create and tailor Odoo modules so they align with the association’s operational requirements.
• Connect Odoo with outside platforms and API-based services.
• Support, enhance, and debug current systems whenever issues arise.
• Use AI-powered tools to help automate and streamline workflows.

Required experience and skills

This position calls for practical Odoo development experience, especially with Python, XML, ORM, and QWeb. The association places strong importance on proven use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar solutions, as this is considered a core part of the role. Candidates who can show previous Odoo or AI-focused projects will be especially attractive. Success in this position also depends on strong analytical thinking, the ability to solve problems independently, and a sincere interest in supporting a charitable mission.
