Christian Dior Couture is looking for a meticulous and highly organised Operations Associate to join its Selfridges team in London. This role supports the department across customer service, domestic and international deliveries, omnichannel activity, and coordination with external partners. The position is part of the brand’s wider commitment to luxury service, heritage, and the collaborative spirit of the House of Dior.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate customer shipments end-to-end, making sure timelines are met and all movements are traceable for audit purposes.
• Check order details carefully to maintain accuracy.
• Handle consignments by following the required process step by step, including picking, packing, and dispatching.
• Monitor press pulls and related tracking activity.
• Follow all departmental procedures precisely and consistently.
• Act as a connector between operational functions and the sales team.
• Promote retail services across the boutique.
• Provide support with back-of-house operations.
• Maintain accurate performance tracking records.
• Assist with customer service workflows.
• Support the development of business generators.
• Assist with after-sales service activities.
• Help ensure every client receives an excellent level of service.
• Represent Christian Dior Couture professionally and contribute to achieving store targets.
• Handle customer information with complete discretion and care.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute positively to discussions.
• Support the team in improving department and boutique performance whenever needed.
• Take on any other duties assigned by management.

Working pattern

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, worked Monday through Sunday.
