Operations Management Trainee

Role overview

HelloRide is hiring an Operations Management Trainee to support the performance of its two-wheeler business across assigned overseas markets. The role focuses on improving fleet scheduling, deployment efficiency, and maintenance quality through close monitoring of operational data.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for the two-wheeler business in assigned international regions, using data analysis to improve vehicle allocation, utilization, and upkeep.
• Monitor and improve operational quality so that core business targets are consistently achieved.
• Handle warehouse and vehicle asset processes for local overseas sites, keeping inventory records accurate and ensuring equipment is serviced on time.
• Support the efficient use and protection of frontline operational supplies and assets.
• Refine operating procedures to fit local market conditions and relevant government regulations, while maintaining compliance and supporting localized brand growth.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to adapt headquarters initiatives for overseas execution and to resolve urgent operational challenges quickly.
• Be prepared to take up assignments in organization-designated cities and to work on a global posting basis.
• Use strong data skills and tools such as Excel to analyze operating trends, identify issues, and recommend practical solutions.

Requirements

• Comfort with data-driven decision-making and operational analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and related data handling tools for tracking and evaluating operations.
• Ability to spot problems through data and turn findings into actionable improvements.
• Willingness to relocate or be stationed in cities assigned by the company internationally.
• Capability to coordinate across teams and manage issues in fast-moving overseas operations.

Additional information

This is a full-time onsite role based in Singapore, Singapore. The position involves overseas operations support and global deployment as required by the organization.
