This role is for a Plant Operative, a key position in supporting the smooth running and overall success of the business.

What the role involves

• Operating specialist, purpose-built machinery as part of the sanitisation process.
• Loading the Washsmart sanitisation system.
• Cleaning, handling, and quality-checking specialist containers.
• Lifting, pulling, and pushing transporters when required.
• Carrying out careful spot checks and paying close attention to detail.
• Maintaining good housekeeping standards across the work area.
• Being comfortable standing for long periods.
• Working closely with colleagues and contributing to a strong team environment.

Working pattern

The shift schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Candidate profile

The preferred candidate will have experience in a production or warehouse environment and be used to working at pace. Strong teamwork and clear communication across the plant are essential, along with the flexibility to support the wider team when needed.
