Personalization Operator

Role Overview

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and sits within Thales, a global technology company focused on identity management and data protection for secure digital interactions. The organization supports sectors such as banking, transportation, energy, air traffic, and critical infrastructure, and has operated in Saudi Arabia for 40 years with more than 600 employees in the country.

The Saudi business contributes to major national programs, including railway signalling and protection systems, in-flight entertainment and connectivity, air traffic management, secure payment systems, and defence-related electronic, communication, and optronic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The operator will be responsible for keeping production activities running smoothly, maintaining quality standards, and following workplace safety rules.

• Run and supervise the machine to ensure a steady production flow.
• Check items for defects and remove rejected products from the line.
• Maintain production records such as output, scrap/rejections, downtime, and material consumption.
• Comply with safety, health, and security procedures, including the use of protective equipment and keeping the work area clean and organized.
• Track and support the production plan as required.
• Apply the priority matrix during daily operations.

Education and Experience

A high school qualification is required, along with 3 years of experience working as a production operator.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
• Basic maintenance knowledge is considered an advantage.
• Background in industrial, operational, or manufacturing environments.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
