Role overview

Woolworths Pharmacy is part of a growing nationwide network of more than 45 pharmacies, focused on supporting local communities with convenient access to pharmaceutical care.

This opportunity is for a Pharmacist to join the pharmacy team in Christchurch and report to the Pharmacy Manager. The role suits someone who enjoys making a real difference, puts customers first, and uses professional expertise to improve community wellbeing.

Roster and working hours

Two roster patterns are available:

• Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Key duties

• Provide professional health services that contribute to the wellbeing of the wider community
• Dispense medicines with accuracy and care
• Help customers with questions about pharmacy products
• Monitor stock levels and maintain strong merchandising standards
• Deliver excellent customer service at every interaction

What we are looking for

The ideal person is values-driven, customer-focused, and motivated by doing the right thing for customers and community members. You should be confident applying your knowledge and experience in a busy retail pharmacy environment.

To be considered, you must have completed a Bachelor of Pharmacy, be a registered Pharmacist with a current APC, and have valid documentation confirming your right to work in Aotearoa.
