Product Manager

Role Overview

YES BANK is seeking a Product Manager for its Mumbai Metropolitan Region office. This position focuses on commodity financing product and process management, regulatory alignment, operational support, and continuous improvement of systems and controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and refine products and related processes from time to time based on field inputs and changing regulatory requirements.
• Review CAMs and support credit appraisal-related checks.
• Handle drawdowns, releases, and other day-to-day operational tasks.
• Manage onboarding, renewal, enhancement, and overall coordination of collateral managers.
• Track portfolio health through delinquency monitoring, including loan maturity, limit maturity, margin calls, and overdue interest.
• Drive digitization of workflows by shifting documentation from paper-based methods to online processes and supporting changes in eCBF and other technology-led enhancements.
• Improve controls, systems, and process efficiency in commodity financing through automation aimed at better turnaround time and accuracy.
• Coordinate vendor-related activities and manage external service relationships.
• Handle documentation and legal matters, including review, updates, and termination where required.
• Support liquidation and auction activity in default situations to help maximize stock recovery.
• Prepare periodic reports and ensure adherence to compliance requirements for internal and external stakeholders.
• Close internal, external, and statutory audits within defined timelines.
• Conduct functional training for internal teams to help them adapt to product and process changes.
• Arrange training sessions with external stakeholders for business, product, and operations teams as needed.
• Create specialized reports, carry out market intelligence work, and support price polling.
• Prepare in-house reports on crops and weather, and collect and update commodity price information.

This role involves close coordination across business, product, operations, compliance, legal, and external stakeholder groups. The position also requires ongoing process improvements, reporting discipline, and support for technology-driven changes in product delivery.
