Bede Gaming Limited is hiring a permanent Product Manager to help steer the development of its product portfolio and influence how the platform continues to grow for customers. Based in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, this is a customer-facing role with close involvement in product direction, roadmap planning, market understanding, and commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the product roadmap for the relevant areas, including curation of the Portfolio Backlog.
  • Shape high-level product requirements and contribute to proposals for new initiatives.
  • Take responsibility for the complete lifecycle of products and services within your domain.
  • Use data-driven insight to spot product strengths and gaps, then recommend improvements.
  • Define measurable KPIs to track the impact of new features.
  • Understand operator revenue models, marketing priorities, and strategic objectives, including the commercial effect of new initiatives.
  • Act as Project Sponsor for changes in your product portfolio, overseeing tracking and approval.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with current and prospective clients to maximise value.
  • Stay current on industry developments, competitor activity, emerging technology, and regulatory change.
  • Help customers understand and get the best value from Bede’s products.
  • Run operator feedback forums and convert customer input into iterative product improvements.
  • Create pre-sales materials, deliver product demonstrations to prospects, and represent Bede externally.
  • Support internal and external stakeholders through post-sales guidance, product expertise, and ongoing assistance.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of third-party integrations and advise operators on suitable options.
  • Review incoming change requests promptly and work with Business Analysts and Technical Leads where needed.
  • Partner with Product Owners on feature documentation, user guides, and shared product understanding.
  • Travel for customer meetings, sales presentations, and trade shows as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a Product Manager or in a similar product-focused role, ideally in iGaming, or in payments, compliance, or identity verification within a technology, software, or platform setting.
  • Experience managing the product lifecycle from start to finish.
  • Ability to create and maintain roadmaps, business cases, and high-level requirements.
  • Strong analytical thinking and a track record of using insight and data to support decisions.
  • Good project management capability and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy environment.
  • Working knowledge of product delivery approaches such as Agile and Scrum.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
  • Confidence in building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
