Product Manager

Role overview

The Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the full product lifecycle, ensuring the product portfolio aligns with market demand and the company’s business goals. The role includes market analysis, product planning, supplier coordination, and purchase process management to support product availability, profitability, and ongoing development.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the product portfolio and define the direction for product development.
• Study the market, competitors, and industry trends to spot new business opportunities.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand market needs and shape product positioning.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and strategic partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, delivery timelines, and supplier agreements.
• Plan and coordinate ordering and purchasing activities based on business requirements.
• Track stock levels and maintain optimal supply to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
• Review product financial performance, margins, and profitability.
• Prepare sales forecasts and supply plans together with the relevant departments.
• Ensure products meet company standards and market expectations.

Required qualifications

• A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Background in Product Management, Procurement, Category Management, or similar roles.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers and handling purchasing activities.
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking skills.
• Knowledge of stock management, supply planning, and market analysis.
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
• Solid command of English.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems for product and order management.

Working schedule and benefits

Working days are Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 17:00. Transportation is provided by the company.
