Role Overview

Presto is seeking a Product Manager who works well across teams and makes decisions using data. The ideal candidate has already taken products through the full development cycle, launched meaningful improvements, and understands how to align user needs with technical realities. This position will lead a cross-functional squad to deliver measurable value while strengthening product practices.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for translating user challenges into practical solutions that can be built and launched. This includes writing detailed product requirements, setting acceptance criteria, and partnering closely with engineering and design from discovery through release.

You will also monitor how features perform after launch, use analytics and customer feedback to refine priorities, and keep improving the product based on real usage.

Part of the role is to speak directly with customers and operations teams to identify pain points and turn them into a clear product roadmap.

You will act as the coordination point between engineering, design, QA, and business operations so work moves forward smoothly and is delivered on time.

In addition, you may support the team’s growth by sharing knowledge, contributing to a healthy product culture, and occasionally helping junior team members and interns.

Requirements

The role calls for 2 to 4 years of practical product management experience, including a history of taking digital features from concept to launch.

Strong communication skills are needed, with fluency in Arabic and professional-level English so you can explain technical trade-offs to business stakeholders and user behavior to engineers.

You should be comfortable working with data, interpreting results, and using evidence to support product decisions.

The position also requires someone who is organized, proactive, resilient, and capable of managing sprints, maintaining a roadmap, and removing blockers for the team on a daily basis.

Preferred Background

It would be an advantage to have experience in fast-growing startups, logistics, or on-demand delivery products. A foundation in software engineering, data analysis, or product design is also considered helpful.
