Role Snapshot

This is a full-time, independent contractor position for a Product Manager working remotely. The role is suited to someone who can connect customer needs, commercial priorities, and technical delivery while helping define the product direction and creating solutions that solve practical problems. It is a good fit for a self-driven problem solver who enjoys fast-moving environments and building smooth user experiences.

What You Will Do

• Set the product direction and roadmap, and make sure both stay aligned with business objectives.
• Use market analysis and customer interviews to uncover pain points and turn them into clear requirements.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams so products are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Write well-structured user stories, product requirement documents, and acceptance criteria.
• Review product data and customer feedback to improve features continuously.
• Maintain and prioritize the backlog based on business impact and technical practicality.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 3 years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or another digital product setting.
• Strong analytical ability and a data-driven approach to decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical people.
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle from early discovery through launch.
• Comfort working in an Agile or Scrum environment.
• Ability to work independently and succeed in a remote-first setup.
• Technical exposure or hands-on experience with API-based products.
• Experience using product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Pendo.
• Background in a fast-growing startup environment.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and familiarity with wireframing tools.
