Role overview
The Project Architect will take responsibility for projects from the early design stage all the way through to construction. The position involves managing technical design outputs, keeping work aligned with Building Regulations and planning rules, and working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and wider project teams.
Key duties
- Direct projects through all phases, from concept design to construction completion.
- Prepare and coordinate technical design information while ensuring regulatory and planning compliance.
- Work with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Visit sites to inspect progress and track delivery against the programme.
- Oversee project schedules, documentation, and coordination across team members.
Candidate profile
The employer is looking for someone with at least 8 years of experience as a Project Architect and a solid understanding of Irish Building Regulations, planning procedures, and construction detailing. Experience delivering projects through construction, carrying out site inspections, and working with local authority approvals is required. Strong communication and coordination ability is essential, and the role also calls for proficiency in Revit.
Salary and benefits
The compensation range is €65,000 to €75,000, depending on experience. The package also includes health insurance and access to professional development opportunities.
