Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Engineer position in Riyadh. The role focuses on validating software quality across engineering and construction-related applications by planning, designing, reviewing, and running test cases. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements, identify issues, and help ensure releases meet quality and compliance standards before they go live.

What You Will Do

You will contribute to the full QA cycle, from planning through execution and reporting. The role includes manual testing, defect logging, test documentation, and ongoing improvement of QA practices.

Additional Information

The position is based in Riyadh and requires working from the office. The role is full time. Applicants with experience in engineering, construction, or energy-related projects will have an added advantage.

Qualifications

A strong background in quality assurance and software testing is needed, along with practical exposure to QA methods used throughout the software development lifecycle. Candidates should be comfortable building, maintaining, and reviewing test cases for complex systems and should have experience with manual testing across functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance scenarios. Clear defect reporting, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and verification of fixes are important parts of the job. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline is preferred, although equivalent practical experience may also be considered. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar platforms is an advantage. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and solid written and spoken English communication skills are also expected.
