Quality Inspector - Electronics

A well-established international manufacturer based in East Cork is looking to add Quality Inspectors to its electronics team. The role is a strong fit for someone who has hands-on experience checking electronic products against manufacturing and quality standards.

Role overview

In this position, you will be responsible for checking products and the accompanying paperwork against the correct standards, specifications, and internal procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect electronic products and related documents in line with applicable standards, specifications, and work instructions.
• Log inspection findings, including any non-conformance issues.
• Authorize products for customer dispatch and prepare conformance certificates along with other required external paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with company operating procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as LEAN and 5S activities.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in electronics manufacturing and familiarity with standards such as IPC-A-610. You should also be comfortable reading and interpreting technical drawings and procedures.
