Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized Recruitment Coordinator to support a busy Talent Acquisition team. This position focuses on coordinating a large number of interviews, keeping the candidate journey smooth, and handling administrative tasks across the recruitment workflow.

The right candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, juggling multiple priorities, and arranging interviews with different stakeholders across time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange and manage interview schedules across several business units and hiring teams.
  • Oversee a large interview calendar, often supporting more than 70 interviews each week.
  • Act as the main contact for candidates during the interview journey.
  • Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels to keep scheduling and communication efficient.
  • Handle interview logistics such as calendar invites, meeting rooms, virtual meeting links, and candidate updates.
  • Keep candidate information and recruiting data up to date in the applicant tracking system.
  • Support offer coordination and pre-employment onboarding tasks.
  • Prepare recruiting reports and provide scheduling metrics when needed.
  • Contribute to recruiting operations projects and workflow improvements.
  • Help ensure every candidate has a professional and positive experience throughout hiring.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience supporting recruitment coordination or talent acquisition.
  • Background in fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with calendar coordination and interview scheduling.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system such as Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo, iCIMS, or Lever.
  • Excellent organization and a strong eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage several requests and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
