Sales Associate - Full Time

Overview

You work well with teammates, continue developing your own sales-floor skills, and are driven by both personal targets and overall productivity. Success is based on how well you create a strong in-store experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

• Keep customer satisfaction high by staying well-informed about the full product range and working closely with colleagues to deliver strong sales support.
• Meet sales targets while ensuring excellent service and smooth store operations.
• Work toward individual productivity and performance goals.
• Engage each customer with open-ended questions to understand their needs.
• Build product and trend knowledge so you can guide customers toward the right fit.
• Stay updated on current, new, and upcoming products and trends.
• Help create a welcoming, inclusive, and positive workplace.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in retail.
• Comfortable approaching and engaging customers to deliver a high-quality shopping experience.
• Self-motivated and energized by helping customers and working with athletic products.
• Able to take initiative and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
