Compensation and benefits
- Base salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per year

What you will do
- Drive outbound prospecting through calls, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted campaigns
- Handle incoming leads and assess whether they are strong sales opportunities
- Arrange qualified meetings for senior members of the sales team
- Research target accounts and uncover new business possibilities
- Work with the marketing team on outbound campaign activity
- Contribute ideas to messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Growth and progression
This position offers rapid career development. The most recent SDR moved on to running their own client meetings within six months and is now progressing through the closing stage of the sales process. As the second sales hire, this role provides strong visibility, real responsibility, and a clear route toward Account Executive or similar closing positions as the company grows.
