Role overview

Join the Galway office as it continues to grow its EMEA Shared Sales and Services Center. In this position, you will help launch your sales career by engaging with technically minded customers across multiple industries, screening large volumes of inbound leads, and identifying fresh business prospects. The role is central to driving growth by working with both end users and decision-makers to support the wider sales team.

Responsibilities
- Work toward or surpass monthly goals for qualified opportunities and revenue.
- Screen inbound web and marketing-generated leads.
- Create new business opportunities through outbound calling.
- Use product and industry understanding to spot potential sales openings.
- Organize and handle a large pipeline of leads efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity updates in the CRM system.
- Work closely with teammates and other functions to meet shared objectives.
- Use internal tools and resources to strengthen qualification ability.
- Take part in meetings aimed at moving the sales process forward.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- A master’s degree is an advantage.
- Fluency in German and English at C1 level is required.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills, with excellent phone manner and careful attention to detail.
- Knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus.
- You should be a confident communicator who can persuade effectively, especially over the phone.
- You need to be strategic, able to multitask, work with urgency, stay self-driven, and use resources proactively.
- A customer-focused attitude, empathy, and a commitment to quality are important.
- You should be comfortable influencing others and contributing to commercial success.
- Strong computer literacy, analytical ability, and social networking skills are beneficial.
