Role Overview

This on-site, full-time position in Doha is centered on driving sales for Cleanly’s cleaning services. The person in this role will identify prospects, create leads, reach out to potential clients, and develop lasting customer relationships. The role also involves explaining the service offering, handling objections, negotiating terms, closing deals, responding to client questions, and helping maintain high satisfaction levels. In addition, the salesperson will work with the wider team to support revenue goals, strengthen customer engagement, and keep accurate records of all client interactions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in sales, including prospecting, negotiating, and converting leads into customers.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills with a service-oriented approach.
• Capability to develop trusted relationships with both new prospects and current clients.
• Good planning and organization skills, along with effective time management.
• Experience with CRM platforms or sales tracking systems is considered an added advantage.
• Exposure to the residential cleaning or broader services sector would be beneficial.
• Comfortable working independently as well as coordinating with a team.
• English and Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
• Prior sales experience in Qatar or a comparable market is preferred.
