Senior Product Manager

Role Overview

Metric Bio is partnering with an AI-focused health technology business that is looking for a Senior Product Manager to shape and expand products used by biopharma clients across precision medicine and translational research.

This opportunity is best suited to someone who brings solid core product management expertise along with practical knowledge of the drug development landscape and who is comfortable operating in a scientific, technically complex setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the product direction and manage the roadmap for solutions serving biopharma customers.
• Collaborate with scientific, engineering, and commercial stakeholders to plan and build new product capabilities.
• Work with customers and partners to uncover unmet needs and convert them into clear product priorities.
• Use customer feedback, market input, and business goals to guide product decisions.
• Contribute to the rollout and user adoption of new products and feature releases.

Candidate Profile

• Hands-on product management experience in life sciences, biotechnology, health tech, or scientific software.
• Working knowledge of biopharma R&D, biomarkers, pathology, diagnostics, or precision medicine.
• Exposure to data-centric and AI-powered products is considered a plus.
• Strong ability to coordinate complex stakeholder groups and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-moving, scaling environment.

Location

This role is based in Berlin, Germany, with a hybrid working setup.
