Role Overview

Fashion Dream is looking for a seasoned and outcome-focused Senior Project Manager to join its international team in the United Arab Emirates. This role is suited to someone who can take ownership of complex, high-impact initiatives and guide them through every stage, from kickoff to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of major projects from the early planning stage through successful completion.
• Set the project’s scope, goals, schedule, budget, and deliverables.
• Bring together teams from different functions and keep execution aligned.
• Track progress closely, including timelines, risks, spending, and quality benchmarks.
• Keep senior leaders and executives updated on status, major milestones, and key issues.
• Address project roadblocks and put practical risk-reduction measures in place.
• Make sure work follows internal policies, industry expectations, and regulatory rules.
• Coach and guide project managers as well as other team members.

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s qualification in Business, Engineering, Management, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong prior project management experience, including several years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Good command of project management frameworks, methods, and industry best practices.
• Well-developed leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder handling abilities.
• Capacity to juggle several complex projects at the same time.
• Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or an equivalent credential is strongly preferred.
• Sharp analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
