Role overview

Join the production team at ESN & More as a Shift Coordinator. In this position, you will take ownership of workforce planning and make sure each shift is staffed appropriately. The role suits someone with hands-on experience in scheduling people, who wants to help drive the ESN & More Nutrition brands forward.

What you will do

• Create and maintain shift rosters while factoring in production needs and staff availability.
• Make sure every shift is staffed correctly, including the coordination of overtime when required.
• Update schedules quickly when plans change, such as sickness absences or production peaks.
• Work closely with production managers to manage staffing needs efficiently.
• Record and maintain time and attendance information in ShiftBase.
• Handle day-to-day operational issues within production.
• Act immediately when unexpected disruptions or shortages occur so operations keep running.
• Ensure smooth communication between production and maintenance/technical teams to support fast decisions.
• Stay in regular contact with the production team to resolve operational matters without delay.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in shift scheduling and workforce deployment, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• Confident use of workforce planning tools and preferably experience with ShiftBase or similar time-tracking systems.
• Strong organizational ability, with a structured and independent way of working.
• A high sense of responsibility, especially when handling sensitive personnel and time-related data.
• The ability to respond quickly to short-notice changes such as sick leave or production surges.
• Knowledge of working time regulations and the recording of working hours, breaks, and overtime.
• Completed vocational training as a food technology specialist or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in a production company.
