This is an entry-level retail sales associate position. Prior experience in cashiering, customer service, retail, or food service can be helpful, but it is not required. If you bring a positive mindset, training is provided to help you succeed.

What you will do

The role includes common store operations such as handling cash, processing fuel transactions, cleaning, and keeping shelves stocked. Some food service assignments may also involve preparing food and following food safety practices. You will also spend time interacting with customers and working closely with the store team.

• Handle register and cash-related tasks accurately.
• Process fuel purchases and related transactions.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and customer-ready.
• Restock merchandise and support basic merchandising needs.
• Support food preparation and food safety practices when assigned.
• Deliver friendly service and help create positive customer experiences.
• Promote the store’s loyalty and rewards program.

What we are looking for

We are seeking someone who enjoys helping customers, can work well in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable taking on multiple responsibilities. You should be able to maintain cleanliness and safety standards, follow health-code guidelines, and manage physical tasks such as repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.

Good cash-handling ability, a strong service mindset, and the ability to prepare and present food properly, including coffee, are important in this role.

Pay information

The posted hourly pay range for this role in the state is $15.00 to $20.10. The employer notes that the final rate may be above or below the published range, and that compensation, bonuses, commissions, long-term incentives, and benefits are subject to company policies and applicable law.
