Role overview
As the Store Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the store in Delhi, India, ensuring strong customer service, efficient stock handling, consistent store presentation, effective team leadership, and careful control of store assets and budgets.
Customer service management
You will be expected to understand customer needs in advance, stay actively present on the shop floor and at the point of sale, and handle complaints and returns in the right way.
Product management
You will manage store product flow so sales targets set by management are met. This includes sharing product-related information, supporting order planning, staying involved in merchandise receipt, and keeping stock levels optimized.
Store image and presentation
You will ensure the store and your team maintain the required brand image. This includes applying merchandise display standards correctly and making sure the store remains clean and well maintained.
Staff management
You will be responsible for hiring suitable team members, training and developing staff, supporting their integration into the company, organizing personnel, and monitoring internal staffing budgets.
Budget and asset control
You will protect store assets, manage inventory, reduce wastage in line with company objectives, and ensure cash register usage and administrative processes follow company rules.
