Supply Associate

Role overview

Mnzil is scaling its footprint across Saudi Arabia and needs a proactive Supply Associate to help grow its network of property partners. In this position, you will focus on sourcing suitable residential buildings, developing partnerships with owners and brokers, and keeping the supply pipeline healthy and active across different markets.

Key responsibilities

• Source and secure new residential buildings and properties for the company’s portfolio.
• Develop strong working relationships with property owners, brokers, and strategic partners.
• Research the market to spot supply opportunities and understand emerging trends.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support partnership discussions and agreements.
• Handle property registration on the Ejar platform while staying aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Work with owners and other stakeholders to complete property paperwork and onboarding steps.
• Assess properties and support the onboarding of newly added buildings.
• Keep the supply pipeline active and monitor progress across opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations, sales, and other teams to support business expansion.
• Maintain accurate CRM entries and keep supply data up to date.

Candidate profile

• At least 1 year of experience in real estate, business development, sales, property management, or a similar area.
• Strong ability to negotiate and build lasting relationships.
• Business-oriented mindset with an eye for growth opportunities.
• Clear communication and solid organizational skills.
• Comfortable managing several tasks at once and working with minimal supervision.
• Experience with the Ejar platform is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is beneficial.
• A valid driving license and willingness to travel for property visits.
