Zambrero is Australia's largest Mexican franchise, known for serving healthy, freshly prepared food while supporting the fight against world hunger. The menu includes burritos, bowls, nachos, tacos, and other made-from-scratch items such as guacamole. Because the food is fresh, the role offers a cleaner working experience than many kitchen jobs. The restaurants operate day and night, giving team members more flexibility around study, family, and other commitments.

For every bowl or burrito sold, Zambrero donates one meal to a person in need through its Plate 4 Plate initiative.

What You Will Do

• Deliver warm, genuinely friendly service to every guest.
• Prepare menu items carefully by following recipes and service procedures.
• Adjust preparation based on customer demand and meal periods.
• Follow strict food safety, hygiene, handling, and sanitation practices.
• Help keep the restaurant tidy by supporting daily and weekly cleaning of food prep areas, the dining room, and shared spaces.
• Take on any other duties needed to keep service running smoothly and ensure customers have a positive experience.
