Role overview

This position is for a team member who can help prepare and serve food, deliver excellent customer service, and support the overall smooth running of the restaurant. Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and deliver consistently friendly service.
• Prepare menu items by following recipes accurately for each service period.
• Adjust food preparation based on customer demand and trading volume.
• Follow all food safety, handling, and sanitisation procedures.
• Support regular and deep cleaning of the kitchen, dining area, and other restaurant spaces.
• Assist with any other tasks needed to keep the restaurant operating efficiently and ensure a positive guest experience.
