Core Responsibilities
- Turn technical ideas and concepts into clear, original, and plagiarism-free content while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with UI/UX developers and take part in design discussions.
- Follow required documentation standards, templates, and style guidelines.
- Gather information through online research and other credible sources.
- Apply technical writing methods such as single sourcing, minimalism, and topic-based writing.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Excellent written, spoken, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to understand technology and explain complex topics in a simple way.
- Strong command over technical writing practices and documentation quality.
- Research skills for collecting and validating information.
- Ability to work within deadlines without compromising content quality.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to business analysis tools such as Balsamiq Cloud and MS Visio.
- Working knowledge of SDLC and DDLC.
- Basic design ability using Figma or Adobe XD.
- Capability to create wireframes or prototypes using wireframing tools.
