Role Overview

In this role, you will take complete ownership of the visual direction for the product ecosystem, including brand identity, the borrower app, the LOS journey, marketing creatives, and the website. You will work closely with the Lead Product Manager and operate in a fast-paced setting.

What You Will Do

• Create the brand foundation from the ground up, including the logo, color palette, typography, and design system.
• Design the end-to-end borrower app experience, covering onboarding, KYC, loan offer, sanction, and repayment flows with a strong focus on conversion.
• Shape the full LOS journey while collaborating directly with the PM and engineering team to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Develop the website and user-facing landing pages.
• Prepare marketing materials such as banners, call-to-action assets, and in-app communications for use across TIL properties.
• Conduct UX testing with real target users and quickly translate insights into product improvements.

What We Are Looking For

• 2 to 4 years of design experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked on fintech, consumer apps, or banking products.
• Strong command of Figma, including prototyping, auto-layout, and component libraries.
• Hands-on experience designing multi-step onboarding journeys and form-heavy user flows.
• Ability to handle both brand identity and detailed product UI work.
• Comfort working quickly, adapting to feedback, and thriving in a fast-moving design setup.
