Valet Driver

About the Role

Marina Bay Sands is looking for a Valet Driver to support smooth vehicle handling and guest arrival operations across the property. The role is focused on delivering a polished, safe, and efficient experience for guests while working closely with the wider team to meet service and audit targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage valet vehicles within the Marina Bay Sands premises in accordance with department procedures.
• Use the Valet Management System as directed by internal guidelines.
• Help coordinate and control traffic flow around the property.
• Follow all required safety practices for personal safety, guest safety, and vehicle protection.
• Handle taxi queue management as per departmental procedures.
• Guide vehicles to the appropriate parking zones, including hall parking, valet spaces, and self-parking areas when needed.
• Be prepared to lift and move guest luggage, including heavier items, when assisting arrivals and departures.
• Share accurate information about the property, including valet and self-parking related questions.
• Help create a strong arrival experience that meets the company’s audit expectations.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental NPS and audit score targets.
• Understand and carry out the team’s operating plans and service priorities.
• Keep operational equipment in good condition and ensure necessary supplies are available.
• Support additional operational or departmental work as required.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by valet management.
• Observe and report any unusual issues or anomalies to management so they can be addressed quickly.

Requirements

• No formal schooling is required for this role.
• A valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of driving experience is needed.
• Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
• You should be service-minded and guest-focused.
• A pleasant manner, politeness, and a positive attitude are important.
• The role calls for someone who is responsible, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
• You must be comfortable working with colleagues from different cultural backgrounds.
• Fluency in English is required.
• You should be available for shift work, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment is essential.
• You must be able to stand for long periods and work outdoors in humid conditions.
• Basic knowledge of Singapore’s attractions and points of interest is expected.
