Role Overview

The organization is seeking an enthusiastic Zoho Trainer who can prepare and mentor learners for work across the Zoho ecosystem. This role suits someone with real-world exposure to Zoho tools and a strong interest in teaching, coaching, and simplifying concepts for learners with varied backgrounds.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive Zoho training sessions in both live online and in-person formats.
• Build learning content such as lesson plans, training decks, and structured curriculum materials.
• Deliver practical instruction using real business scenarios and application-based examples.
• Support learners with assignments, projects, and assessments throughout the program.
• Track learner performance and share clear, helpful feedback to improve progress.
• Keep current with new Zoho capabilities, updates, and recommended implementation practices.

Requirements

• Hands-on understanding of Zoho products such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho People, or similar tools used in business settings.
• Background in teaching, mentoring, coaching, or classroom delivery, with the ability to explain functional and technical topics in a structured way.
• Experience creating training content, including presentations, exercises, and step-by-step learning guides for both classroom and virtual delivery.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, along with the ability to keep learners engaged and supported.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setup and handling sessions from Trivandrum as well as remote training platforms.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability to understand business processes and translate them into Zoho workflows and configurations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as IT, Business, HR, or a similar area, or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous exposure to EdTech, corporate training, HR technology, or CRM/ERP implementation will be considered an advantage.
• Willingness to keep learning and stay updated on Zoho product improvements and current industry practices.
