AI-First Product Development Intern

About the internship

This in-office internship is designed for candidates who want hands-on exposure to product development in an AI-enabled environment. You will contribute to building and refining practical software components while learning how real teams plan, review, test, and ship work under mentorship.

What you will work on

• Create and enhance frontend screens, backend APIs, forms, dashboards, and smaller project modules with guidance from a mentor.
• Follow standard engineering habits such as writing clean code, documenting your work, testing changes, and using version control properly.
• Participate in requirement discussions, day-to-day project coordination, bug fixing, UAT support, team check-ins, and regular review meetings.
• Use AI tools in a responsible way for learning, research, debugging help, documentation support, and productivity improvements, while ensuring you still understand and can explain the final output.
• Build career readiness through communication practice, explaining your resume and projects, mock interviews, presentations, and improvement based on feedback.

Who can apply

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, be able to start between 9 June 2026 and 14 July 2026, and commit to a 3-month duration. Candidates should have relevant skills and interest in the role. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are also welcome. Computer Science Engineering students may apply, and freshers seeking jobs can also be considered.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of ₹8,000 to ₹12,000.

Additional information

• Stipend structure includes fixed pay of ₹5,000 to ₹7,000 per month plus incentive pay of ₹3,000 to ₹5,000 per month.
• There is a potential job offer after successful conversion to a permanent role, with an expected annual salary range of ₹260,000 to ₹700,000.
• The workweek is 5 days.
